5 Useful Natural Remedies To Get Rid Of Dandruff

Hundreds of persons are fighting with dandruff and it’s actually not nice to a “snowy hair”. But before you diagnose yourself with dandruff make sure it’s dandruff and it’s not just dry scalp, because the symptoms are the same but the treatment is different. Instead spending lots of money on hair products without any particularly effect, try natural remedies because they actually work and they are cheaper. Vinegar

Rinse your hair with vinegar (apple cider vinegar or white vinegar) it might seem awkward but it gets you rid of dandruff because it works like magic from roots. Just don’t rinse your hair before any important meeting because vinegar will leave a pungent smell. With time, it will evaporate.

You need:
-1/2 Cup of warm water
-1/2 Cup of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
-a cup

How to use:
Mix the warm water and vinegar in a cup. The amount can vary depending on hair length. Pour the mixture on the hair, massage gently for a few minutes then rinse well with water (water only!). Wait between 8-12 hours before taking a shower. Repeat this treatment every week or every two weeks, or every time you think it’s necessary.

Baking soda

Baking soda is an ingredient that you must have it in the house. It has a wide range of uses and for a reason – it works like magic every time! And getting you rid of dandruff is one of them.

You need:
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 cup of water
– a few drops of rosemary oil (optional)

How to use:
Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with one cup of warm water. If you use an empty and clean shampoo bottle, shake well and pour the mixture generously over your hair. If you don’t use a shampoo bottle just mix well. Use this solution daily if it’s possible instead of shampoo. The hair may be dry at first, but the natural oils will be restored shortly and will be more balanced than when you we’re using shampoo. If you have to use shampoo (but first try the baking soda solution) then add a teaspoon of baking soda to a handful of shampoo. Rosemary oil is optional, but there are people who declare that rosemary helps them and leaves a pleasant aroma.

Aspirin

Aspirin get you rid of dandruff too not only of headaches. Aspirin uses a high percentage of salicylic acid, the active ingredient in many no-dandruff shampoos. Salicylic acid has antifungal and antimicrobial properties that fight against dead skin caused by fungi, and aspirin helps inflamed skin that usually accompanies severe cases of dandruff.

You need:
-2 aspirin tablets
-shampoo

How to use:
Crush aspirin until you get a fine powder. Put the powder in your regular shampoo and leave it on your hair for about 2 minutes before rinsing well.

Lemons

Lemons are sour, but get you rid of dandruff. Freshly squeezed lemon juice acidity combats scalp fungus. Nor has chemicals and other synthetic ingredients that might aggress scalp and hair – plus you’ll smell fresh and clean. So, when dandruff appears, give it some juice.

You need:
-4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
-1 cup of water

How to use:
First massage your scalp with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and leave it to cat for a minute. Then add another 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in the cup of water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat daily if it’s needed!

Salt

Salt is an ingredient that we use every day. But did you is a great remedy in the fight with dandruff? Well, it does magic, removes oil excess and dead skin.

You need:
-3 tablespoons of Epsom salt

How to use:
Gently massage the scalp (dry or slightly moist) with 3 tablespoons of salt for 2-3 minutes. Wash it off with shampoo immediately.
