People suffering from chronic constipation must pay more attention to their diet by removing junk food. Cure for chronic constipation

Remedies based on plants and foods work gentle and they leave no side effects like drugs do. And you need the following ingredients:

• 5 tablespoons of grated carrot
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
• 1 tablespoon of wheat bran
• 1 teaspoon of soaked flax seeds
• ½ tsp of finely chopped onion

How to prepare:

This list of ingredients can help us to prepare an interesting vegetables, grains and seeds salad. All these ingredients help to stimulate the digestive activity and combats constipation, especially wheat bran, olive oil and flaxseed.

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and the obtained preparation must be consumed in the morning with half an hour before your breakfast.

Other remedies to regulate your bowel movement:

You can consume raw flax seeds for their regulatory effect over the bowel movement. Each morning, place 2 tablespoons of flaxseed to soak in a bowl with 2 cups of water. Add some honey and some fresh lemon juice and leave it until evening. This mixture must be consumed before bedtime.

Plums are great, too, to regulate your bowel movement. You have to leave them to soak overnight in cold water with 1 tablespoon of honey. The proportion is: 4 plums to 1 cup water. The next morning you have to drink the water and to eat the soaked plums.

For infants you can prepare oatmeal porridge. Add one tablespoon of boiled oatmeal to 150 ml of water.
