To unclog a stuffy nose you have to do nasal washes with salt and baking soda. In a glass with water add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda, mix until it’s dissolved, and with a pipette add a few drops in each nostril, by covering the other nostril with your finger, and inhale. The sensation isn’t so pleasant but the results are the one you’ve desired. Then you have to blow your nose, and voila! You can breathe again.

3. Grated horseradish
